How we handle the personal information you send through our quote request form.
Core Glolink Co., Ltd. (“we”) protects your personal information under the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea. The Korean version of this policy prevails if the two versions differ.
We use the information you send through the quote request form only to reply with a quote and discuss your shipment. We will ask for your consent before using it for any other purpose.
Because a quote request is needed to prepare the transaction you asked about, we process it without separate consent (Article 15(1)(4) of the Act).

Please do not include sensitive data such as ID or bank account numbers in your message.
We keep inquiry information for 1 year after the inquiry is closed and then delete it without delay. If an inquiry leads to a business relationship, transaction records are kept for the periods required by Korean law.
We do not share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law.

If you prefer that your information not be transferred abroad, please contact us by phone (+82 2-6482-8800) or email (info@coreglolink.com) instead of the form.
Visit statistics are transferred to Google LLC (USA) over the network when you open our pages, used only for visit analysis, and deleted after at most 14 months. Contact: https://support.google.com/policies
You may ask to access, correct, delete or stop the processing of your information at any time by contacting the privacy officer below.
Only staff who handle inquiries can access them, account access is managed, and the form accepts submissions over encrypted connections (HTTPS) only.
We use Google Analytics cookies for visit statistics: how many people view which pages and how many go on to contact us. They are not used to identify you by name or contact details.
To refuse these cookies, block cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). Blocking cookies does not affect your use of the website.
