No. From a single document envelope to a large pallet, we accept shipments of any size.
We aim to reply the same day to inquiries received on weekdays (Korea time); weekend and holiday inquiries are answered the next business day. Pickup dates depend on your area and the carrier's collection schedule — we'll tell you the earliest date when you ask. Areas far from our office, and items that need checking first such as dangerous goods, may take a day or more.
Just a copy of your business registration and basic exporter details (company name, address), and you can begin right away.
For small and mid-sized shipments, going through Core Glolink usually means better rates. And if an issue arises, your dedicated manager handles it instead of you dealing with carrier call centers.
International express rates use whichever is greater: actual weight or volumetric weight. Volumetric weight is length × width × height (cm) ÷ 5,000. For example, a 50 × 40 × 30 cm box has a volumetric weight of 12 kg, so it is charged as 12 kg even if it actually weighs 8 kg. With several boxes, each box is calculated separately and rounded up to the next 0.5 kg. For light but bulky items, a smaller box can lower the rate.
No. Duties and taxes are charged by the destination country and are usually paid by the recipient at customs clearance. Rates and exemptions vary by country and item, so share the item details and we'll help you check.
Yes, for anything other than documents. It lists the item description, quantity, unit price, total value, country of origin and recipient details, and samples or free-of-charge goods still need a value. The more specific the description, the faster customs clears it. If it's your first shipment, we'll walk you through the form.
It depends on the service, but without customs delays or other issues, shipments usually arrive within 1–3 business days in Asia and 2–5 business days in the Americas and Europe. Customs at the destination, public holidays and remote areas can change this, so these are not guaranteed dates. If you're on a tight schedule, tell us early and we'll compare the fastest options.
The base rate carries a weekly fuel surcharge and, at times, a carrier demand surcharge. Other charges can apply for remote-area delivery, oversize or overweight boxes, or address corrections. We'll tell you which apply when you request a quote, and current surcharges are listed under Notices.
Yes. Cash and securities, narcotics, weapons and flammable or explosive materials can't be shipped, and some destinations restrict items such as food, medicine, and plant or animal products. Rules differ by country, so tell us before shipping a new item and we'll check whether it can go.
Products containing lithium batteries and cosmetics can be shipped. Dangerous goods such as aerosols are packed to regulation through specialist partners. Share the item details in advance and we'll confirm feasibility and conditions.
